Youmna Abou-Aly

Youmna is a Business Development Manager at Purpose Investments, responsible for supporting advisors across GTA West and Manitoba. She is an Honours Business graduate from Western University and brings a decade of financial services and sales experience to her role. Prior to Purpose, Youmna led the sales function at a growing tech startup, where she built go-to-market strategies and scaled client relationships from the ground up. Before that, she was an internal wholesaler at NEI Investments, where she partnered closely with financial advisors to drive business growth and deliver tailored investment solutions. She began her career at TD, gaining a solid foundation in client service and deepening her understanding of the wealth management landscape. Youmna thrives on collaboration and problem-solving, always aiming to add value through meaningful conversations and thoughtful solutions. Outside of work, she enjoys running as a way to push her limits and track personal progress. Her most fulfilling (and challenging) role is being a mother, and her favorite moments are spent enjoying sunny park days with her toddler.
