Fee Disclosure

Ernst & Young LLP is the auditor of the Canadian Reporting Issuer investment funds managed by Purpose Investments Inc. (the “Funds”). For the year ended December 31, 2023, fees paid or payable to Ernst & Young LLP and its network firms for audit services to the Funds were $1.1 million. Fees for other services, which are primarily comprised of tax compliance services, were $0.03 million.
