Paul Pincente

Paul Pincente is Vice President of Digital Asset Products at Purpose Investments, where he leads the strategy, design, and development of next-generation crypto investment solutions. With deep experience across blockchain infrastructure, product strategy, and financial technology, Paul is focused on building bridges between traditional asset management and the rapidly evolving world of digital assets.

Since joining Purpose, Paul has overseen the launch of multiple new crypto ETFs, and spearheaded the creation of Purpose’s internal Ethereum and Solana staking infrastructure—making Purpose the first traditional asset manager in Canada to operate its own blockchain validator infrastructure. Prior to joining Purpose, Paul was Blockchain Infrastructure & Analytics Architect at Ether Capital, the world's first publicly traded Ethereum treasury company, where he built high-performing Ethereum validator infrastructure and developed internal business intelligence systems to support staking operations. His earlier career includes founding an IoT-focused startup that partnered with Microsoft to deliver smart agriculture technology, where he held several patents, and a technology consulting company.

Paul brings a hands-on, technology-first perspective to financial product innovation, with expertise spanning blockchain networks, staking systems, software engineering and secure infrastructure.
